Welcome to PPSS DISC!

In this blog, we will be sharing information  about how people use the information from the DiSC PPSS assessment, published by Inscape Publishing, Inc.,  in coaching, training and consulting applications. The PPSS assessment is based on a contemporary version of a 2400 year old model of temperament. PPSS uses information from the  four-factor model, DISC, to describe 16 different styles for relating to people and the environment. PPSS is available in 22 languages and has been used globally for the past 15 years. Every day new people are discovering useful information in PPSS about how they can be more effective in their work or personal life.
