In this blog, we will be sharing information about how people use the information from the DiSC PPSS assessment, published by Inscape Publishing, Inc., in coaching, training and consulting applications. The PPSS assessment is based on a contemporary version of a 2400 year old model of temperament. PPSS uses information from the four-factor model, DISC, to describe 16 different styles for relating to people and the environment.
